Ways I help

There are three ways we can work together. I’ve named these to make them easier to understand, but if you need something different, just get in touch and we can chat.

PACKAGE ONE

Odette Monthly

A white smart speaker on a white desk next to two books, one titled 'Grid systems' and the other 'Objects', with a black monitor displaying the time and a white remote or mouse on the desk.

Monthly support packages that are flexible, collaborative, and tailored around how you work best. Our time together can be used where it has the most impact, whether it’s VA support, planning and prioritising, marketing and mailouts, or project support.

Monthly packages come in three different options:

Light, ongoing support for keeping things under control. Ideal if you need help staying on top of admin, small tasks, inboxes, and general organisation — with a reliable presence you can lean on each month.

£300 / MONTH— 10 HOURS

Odette Monthly 10

A steady operational partner for your work or studio. Support across projects, systems, client coordination, collaborators, and day-to-day logistics — helping work run more smoothly. Well-suited to growing studios or individuals managing multiple moving parts.

£550 / MONTH— 20 HOURS

Odette Monthly 20

Comprehensive, hands-on support across your operations. Designed for founders who want someone actively overseeing the day-to-day running of work, from projects and people to systems, admin, and ongoing coordination. This is the closest thing to having an in-house operational lead, without the overhead.

£800 / MONTH— 30+ HOURS

Odette Monthly 30+

PACKAGE TWO

Odette Setup

A black and white photo of a modern office space with a white wall decorated with clipped magazine pages and photographs, a round table with chairs, potted plants, and hanging lamps.

This is a structured reset to help your day-to-day work flow better. A standalone setup designed to untangle what feels messy, simplify what’s overcomplicated, and put clear systems in place — so work feels happier, more intentional, and easier to manage going forward.

This isn’t about adding more tools or processes. It’s about creating a way of working that actually fits how you think and operate — streamlined workflows, organised systems, and ready-to-go templates.

FIXED-PRICE SETUP PACKAGE - £650

  • A review of your current workflows, tools, and pain points

  • Clear, streamlined processes tailored to how you work

  • Practical templates for onboarding, offboarding, and repeat tasks

  • File, folder, and email structure to reduce daily friction

  • A clear operational structure for daily and weekly work

  • 1-2 weeks of post-setup support to bed everything in properly

What the package includes:

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed

  • Your systems feel messy, inconsistent, or overly manual

  • You’re spending too much energy keeping things organised

  • Work feels harder than it should, even when things are “going well”

It’s a good fit if:

Odette Setup is a one-off service, not ongoing support. Some clients use it as a reset before moving onto an Odette Monthly package, but it also works perfectly as a standalone intervention.

PACKAGE THREE

Odette Flexible

A black pair of headphones resting on a closed laptop on a table, next to a booth with a padded backrest, against a wall with wood panelling.

Flexible support for when you need specific help — research, setting up a website, planning an event, launching a podcast, stepping in as a project manager — without committing to ongoing support

VARIABLE COST - minimum 2 hours

  • Website setup, updates, or migrations (Squarespace, Shopify)

  • Creating onboarding and offboarding processes

  • CRM setup and simple automations

  • Research and data collection

  • Project management for a defined campaign or client project

  • Podcast setup or production support

  • Event planning support

  • Email and newsletter setup

  • File and digital system organisation

  • Accessibility checks and practical recommendations

  • Sourcing collaborators and coordinating shoots

  • Tech integrations, domain and email setup, and general troubleshooting

Examples of what Flexible could be used for:

  • You have a specific task or project that needs focused attention

  • You have a task that needs doing but you just don’t have the time

  • You don’t need monthly support — just help with this thing

It’s a good fit if:

Flexible is a one-off and self-contained. For ongoing help or wider operational support, Odette Monthly may be a better fit.

Who I help

  • Videographers who are too busy editing to remember to invoice.

  • Solo founders who feel overwhelmed by everything that needs doing in a day.

  • Photographers who struggle to stay on top of their admin tasks and always feel behind.

  • Neurodivergent founders who prefer the creative work over the draining business side of things.

  • Graphic designers who need help putting systems in place that actually make life easier.

  • Writers struggling with structuring their day and knowing what to prioritise.

  • Brand designers who need someone to bounce ideas off and brainstorm with.

  • Website designers who need help with things like marketing, mailouts, or staying consistent

The good news? You don’t have to do it on your own anymore.

I work with the creative people who run things solo, the intrepid souls who think differently.
