Why I created Odette

Have a brain overflowing with ideas but struggling to know where to begin? I’ve run my own design studio for over a decade, so I know how overwhelming it can feel trying to do everything yourself.

As a brand designer, I’ve delivered complex, high-profile projects, worked with large organisations, including charities and public bodies, such as Great Ormond Street Hospital and the NSPCC, and led award-winning campaigns. That’s not a flex! It just means I understand the enormous mental load that goes into creative work.

My brain leans towards structure, order, and problem-solving (weird, I know!), the things lots of creatives don’t have the time or energy for. And as a neurodivergent founder myself, I build systems that are clear, simple, and realistic. No complicated dashboards or overwhelming processes. Just practical support that reduces friction and makes work easier.

That’s why I founded Odette: to offer one-to-one virtual assistance and ops support to creatives who need help. Whether it’s admin, planning and prioritising, research and data collection, marketing and mailouts, or simply someone to bounce ideas off, I’m here to create the space that allows you to feel more joyful at work.

My role within Odette is to support the work behind the work - so good ideas have the space to grow and flourish.

Based in beautiful Brighton, I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
