Why I Created Odette

After more than a decade running my own design studio, I saw the same pattern over and over again: talented creatives doing brilliant work while drowning in admin, systems, client communication, and the endless moving parts behind the scenes. Often with little or no support.

Alongside my design and project management work, I often found myself stepping in to put structure in place and hold the operational side, making things easier not just for clients, but for the teams involved.

Odette was created to offer that support intentionally, bringing clarity and calm to creatives who need things to work better.

About me

I’ve spent years working inside the creative industry, so I understand how designers and creatives think, work, and what they find most challenging. My brain leans towards structure, order, and problem-solving - the things many creatives don’t have the time or energy for.

Alongside that, I bring deep experience as a designer and project lead. I’ve delivered complex, high-profile projects, worked with large organisations, including charities and public bodies, such as Great Ormond Street Hospital and the NSPCC, and led campaigns that have gone on to win industry awards. I understand the invisible effort that goes into creating outstanding design.

As a neurodivergent founder myself, I build systems that are clear, simple, and realistic. No complicated dashboards, no overwhelming processes. Just practical support that reduces friction and makes work easier.

My role now is to support the work behind the work - so good ideas have the space to grow and flourish.
