Frequently asked questions
1. How do I know which package is right for me?
If you’re not sure what you need, we can talk it through on a short call. I’ll ask a few simple questions about your workload, your systems, and where things feel stuck, then suggest the most suitable option.
2. Can you help me apply for Access to Work?
Yes. I can provide quotes, help you structure the application, and offer any supporting information you need. Once approved, I can also work within the funding and hours allocated.
3. Do you work with neurodivergent creatives?
Yes. Much of my work is designed around supporting neurodivergent founders. My systems and processes are clear, structured, and built to reduce overwhelm, not add to it.
4. What’s the difference between a Project and Foundations?
Projects are one-off tasks with a clear start and finish. Foundations is a full setup package that restructures your workflows, tech, and organisation to make your day-to-day run more smoothly.
5. What if I need more hours than my monthly package?
You can add extra hours at £30/hr whenever you need them.
6. Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. If your workload or team needs something different, I can create a custom monthly package or a defined project scope.
7. Do you work with studios as well as freelancers?
Yes. I support freelancers, creative teams, and small studios.
8. Can you manage client communication on my behalf?
Yes — with clear guidelines from you. I can handle client emails, scheduling, updates, and following up on deliverables, always in a calm and professional tone.
9. Do you work UK-wide or internationally?
I work remotely with clients in the UK and internationally.
10. How soon can you start?
Availability varies, but I can usually begin small project work within 1–2 weeks. Monthly support often has a short waitlist.
11. What does working together actually look like?
Everything is kept simple and structured. We’ll decide how you prefer to communicate (email, Slack, or voice notes). You’ll know what I’m doing and when. No overwhelm, no complicated dashboards unless you want them.
